Guardian Home Care is a team of qualified professionals that provide personable, individualized, and holistic care for the promotion of independence, dignity, and self respect for individuals requiring home care and end of life services in the community.

We offer a broad range of services in an attempt to meet the needs of every individual. Guardian believes in creating a continum of care. We offer home health care and hospice as well as out-patient therapy services. Our hope is that we can provide care for a patient and be able to move with that patient through their time of need, giving them whatever care is necessary.

Guardian Home Care was founded in 1997 by owners Shane Loar, MBA, and Duke Van Campen, MS, RN. They have grown the company to what it is today. We currently employ 100 people who work from three branch offices. Our corporate headquarters is located in Nampa, Idaho with branch offices in Pocatello, Idaho, and Baker City, Oregon.
