We are pleased to have you apply to work at Guardian Home Care and Hospice. We offer a variety of positions and are very flexible.

After the application has been completed and references have been checked, we will call you in for an interview. At the time of orientation (which is after the interviewing process) you need to bring with you:

  • Valid Driver's License or ID card
  • Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
  • Current car insurance
  • CPR and First Aide certification (we offer classes twice a month for $25.00, payable at time of class)
  • Licensure (if applicable)
  • Current TB vaccination within 1 year (this will be given at orientation)
  • Fingerprints (this is required for anyone wanting to do in-home care)
