He has 8 years experience marketing hospital-based acute rehabilitation in orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses and residential treatment for behavioral issues related to brain injury. In-service lectures include physical medicine & rehabilitation topics at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville and University of Florida’s Shands Jacksonville Hospital. Recruit and qualify stroke survivors for University of Florida/Brooks Stroke Rehabilitation Research Clinic. Ian is a proud member of the Guardian Home Care team in Pocatello Idaho and enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and watching the Gators play football.

Jenni - Baker City jherberg@thinkguardian.com		Jenni is a Registered Nurse and Manager for the Baker City Branch. She earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Idaho and is currently obtaining her Masters degree in the Executive MBA program at Boise State University. Her nursing experience includes pediatrics, emergency room, critical care, home health, as well as numerous emergency and advanced care certifications. Jenni was appointed and served on the Ethics Committee for her hospital and looks forward to continuing to bring great customer service and professional care to Baker City and the surrounding areas.

Kem - Caldwell and surrounding area khaines@thinkguardian.com		Kem is a nurse as well as a marketer for Guardian. She has been with us for over 3 years now and has been successful at establishing new territories as required. She has the highest admits per month within the marketing team and continues to create and maintain vital relationships within her territory. She lives in Weiser, Idaho and is married with 2 sons.

Sarah - Corporate Marketing Director / Treasure Valley Hospital Liaison / Fruitland sfox@thinkguardian.com		Sarah’s role as Marketing Director allows her to utilize her skills to uncover opportunities that develop branding, strategic partnerships, community education, and a strong marketing team. Her twelve year career in outside sales and business development is highlighted by significant positions in sales, business to business relations, and customer service; most recently she created opportunities as an independent business consultant, where she helped small companies market themselves in a down economy as well as review and revise marketing budgets to create and track their ROI efficiently. Spending time developing strong business contacts through networking and excelled marketing strategies has allowed Sarah to utilize partnerships in each industry to create reciprocating work flow. Sarah lives in Meridian and is married with two daughters.

Stacey - Twin Falls, Gooding, Buhl, Mountain Home, Shoshone, and surrounding sward@thinkguardian.com		Stacey graduated with a BA in Recreation Administration; Minor in Business Management from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, as well as an MA in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University in Twin Falls, Idaho. She has been with Guardian since February of 2010 and brings with her extensive experience in customer service, Public Relations, Leadership and Team Building, as well as experience as a C.N.A. She has been an imperative part of re-branding Guardian in our Twin Falls area and is progressively creating new relationships with top referral sources. She lives in Hailey, Idaho.
