Charles Hofmann, MD, MACP has practiced general internal medicine in Baker City since establishing his practice in 1981. He served 14 years on the Baker City Council, including 3 terms as Mayor. He is a past-President of the Oregon Medical Association, a Master in the American College of Physicians, a member of the American Medical Association’s House of Delegates, and the recipient of numerous awards including OHSU Alumnus of the Year, Baker City Man of the Year, and was named as one of Oregon’s 50 Greatest Leaders by Oregon Business Magazine.
